The founder and core of the firm, Richard is the most experienced trial lawyer at Martens + Associates | P.S.. He is originally from Detroit, Michigan, but has been on the west coast since 1970. The law is his passion, but so are his wife Emily, two daughters Erin and Anne, and three grandchildren. Richard also enjoys travel, reading, writing, golf, humor, and fine dining - although not necessarily in that order.
