Jeffrey is originally from Fresno, in the heartland of California’s Central Valley. After law school he represented self-insured companies and insurance risk pools in Washington State on civil litigation matters including premise liability, employment, products liability and construction defects. Jeffrey spent several years as a Washington State Licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster where he handled maritime claims for vessel owners and their insurance carriers / clubs. He maintains his adjuster’s license to this day.
During law school, Jeffrey interned with the Washington State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division where he assisted consumers harmed by violations of Washington’s Consumer Protection Act. He spent a summer as a Judicial extern with Judge Jerome J. Leveque (Ret.) in Spokane County Superior Court and was a Rule 9 Law Clerk with the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office.
In his spare time Jeffrey enjoys training his adorable rescue dog Chewie, growing grape vines, and golfing like nobody is watching.
